Good post Peg, I think that without doubt the problem lies with the manager, and it's time for a change. I noticed a big difference with Salford compared to last season, and I realise that they have signed a few players, but in my opinion the change in manager has been the main reason for their improvement. Last year under Karl Robinson they took the lead and immediately resorted to every possible dark art tactic in order to get the points, whereas under the new guy they kept pushing forward, and never looked like losing. Even though their first two goals were a fluke followed by a howler from Hudson, Mellon never looked like turning it round. We need to find a young positive thinking manager from somewhere, but please don't ask me to name him.
