MM seems to justify the constant changing of players with no apparent success rate whatsoever.

The centre backs are constantly changing and then criticises individual defensive mistakes. Delaney in and out, Daniels not even on bench yesterday, Monthe on the naughty step now in every game,Temple catastrophic at Colchester then reappears to look completely out of depth.

Dropping Kavanagh and Fondop for a half at Tranmere, Hill given a half never to be seen again.

Kavanagh despite goals and assists getting left on bench regularly.

Nevitt in and mainly out.

Pett with occasional cameos, Hawkes given odd ten minutes.

Sutton played in meaningless fixture, not featured in league, as with Tahir.

Woods in squad and then moved on to basement of National league.

Drummond unbelievably has been a constant until yesterday.

Chilvers, our only fee paying acquisition, little or no game time and then only lasted until half time yesterday, injured?

Only Norburn, GSM Robson and Appiah are a permanent fixture.

Is it any wonder there's no consistency and comments about the players looking disgruntled are hardly surprising.

The whole thing is bonkers
