Simple - based on your stats and suggestions of stopping the click on time wasting the guy would be stopping the clock far too often. It would get absolutely ridiculous. Footballs an entirely different game than rugby. Time wasting in football happens with throw ins, corners, free kicks, even penalties. In Rugby it’s only for major interruptions. Up to 30 minutes added time - not a chance Cass. We disagree. As for expense, ask DR if he fancies 2 more wages forced on him along with all the add ons I spoke about plus kitting out the office they sit in, the TV and comms ( they can’t be expected to sit with fans ). That’s my opinion. Too much hassle for a minor problem.
