I’ve got absolutely nothing against Sutton Peds. He’s one of the cornerstones of the team and is Latics through and through, but MOM he was not. To qualify as MOM you need to make a difference in the game and he just played his usual game. Hawkes showed some dynamism which had been missing and really made a difference. As far as Spurdle is concerned I’m afraid I don’t get it. I have never tried to close down a conversation but merely added my opinion.
