Indeed, there is a time and place for the long ball and it was done at Wembley when Southend had pushed up and Norwood finished it superbly, but we seem to play it every 30 seconds under MM and that's why his win ratio is poor and we can't finish in the top 4 even in non-league.
I agree we should be getting more crosses in from wide and right now that's not even happening.
