I think Mellon sees himself as doing a good job. The play off final gave all the fans a lift as did the take over and publicity that Frank brought to the club.
It’s starting to go stale because there is no excitement at the games this season and fans will vote with their feet. It takes a while to bring the crowds back to a football club but not so long for them to drift away.
Action needs taking now rather than leaving it dragging on. It’s turning into an effort to get to the ground because of the style of play, just wait until the weather turns, the attendances will drop again.
Not forgetting the prices have gone up but the quality of football hasn’t, if anything it’s got worse.
Mellon has just said he will have to move a few out to bring some more in, he brought most of these players to the club and then they disappear into the sunset never to be seen.
Waters, Quigley, and Drummond. Half the family stand could pick better footballers than those three, and I don’t mean the adults.
