Drummond needs to be made into a winger because he's ineffective everywhere else.

Wingers don't need to beat defenders. Beckham wasn't that quick but used to put great crosses in. Just create space to cross it.

If we can't get the likes of Drummond and Hammond improving into genuine useful squad players, it will be an utter waste of two players on 2-year contracts when we could have signed better, and we know whose fault that would be.
