Not sure I see an issue with Godders' post?

We know there were 2 trains involved, we know which 2 trains, we know the first was stopped and reporting an issue - that's all been reported.

The photos clearly show which track the trains are on - whether that is the "up fast" I don't know, but I'm pretty sure that Godders does.

The only bit you could maybe say is speculation is the comment that it was "sent on to" that track, but I think that was just a turn of phrase rather than trying to apportion any blame.
