Maybe you are right, and the horse has long bolted many moons ago, but as I said, however cynical people think it is and maybe it can never be enforced, a line has to be drawn, and today is maybe a start, Australia have done it, and hopefully other countries will follow..
If the generation being born today, grow up without it, that has to be good thing.
