No, I usually work in mins/km so 6mins/km is 10kph and 5mins/km is 12kph.

And I only do that because of couch to 5k and because 1 km is less than 2/3 of a mile. I genuinely wonder if we're not fucked as a country with regards to fitness just because of the imperial measuring system. Just makes it seem so hard. My mate, who's been running a lot more consistently than me challenged me to do an 8min mile. I'd prefer to see it as 1.6x a 5min km because I've already passed a natural landmark.
