Good point made regarding alcohol and how if it's medically enforced rather than a personal choice it's harder. In one way I suppose you're right as I could choose to drink whenever I wanted to. No doctor has advised me not to. However, I feel if a doctor had I'd be less tempted to as I knew it would damage my health immensely. Difficult one but as I say, I see your point.

I did it in 2023 to raise money for charity rather than anything else but by the end of the year, I realised the pros out weighed the cons so I just didn't start again. I've never said I'll definitely not drink again but have just left it open.

The thing that's most annoying is everyone assumed I must have been an alcoholic previously haha
