Last season was a complete shambles, and many posters here commented very early in the season on the lack of a proper pre-season, players looking unfit, and the shambles of a transfer window. Every one of those posters has been proven to be correct; the result was relegation, although I thought Bloomfield tried his best to recover the situation, the damage was done. The owners were very slow to react to the unfolding situation. 1 more point was all we needed, and I believe failing to terminate Edwards contract after the Middleborough away game was the worst decision they could have made.
