An individual can't be arrested or fined. A business can be fined $1k per day for allowing people in without a mask. Naturally if someone goes in without a masks and refuses to leave, I suspect they will call the police for tresspassing.

Our mandatory masks are completely uninforceable outside. Inside businesses, sure...outside your home, nah.

Half of the new cases are 20-29 yr olds. I talked so someone yesterday that knows many people that have tested positive and the worst symptom they have had is a mild headache. This is all a bunch of nonsense.
No one is going to listen to the governor. He lost all credibility among his base this Spring. Lucky for him that he isnt up for reelection any time soon.
