Our mandatory masks are completely uninforceable outside. Inside businesses, sure...outside your home, nah.
The few shelter in place tickets I've seen in CA are just basically localism...cops in Santa Cruz and Tahoe that don't want outta towners in their city anyway.

Half of the new cases are 20-29 yr olds. I talked so someone yesterday that knows many people that have tested positive and the worst symptom they have had is a mild headache. This is all a bunch of nonsense.
No one is going to listen to the governor. He lost all credibility among his base this Spring. Lucky for him that he isnt up for reelection any time soon.
