Sonny B. Is correct and this should work with both style safeties. My 1924 has never had snap caps in it and has been in left cocked when stored most of its life and goes bang every time I have pulled the trigger on a live round. Snap caps give me an uneasy feeling, did I load a snap cap or a live round in error. Oh let me pull the trigger to find out!
