Hello Allan, The pictures that you have posted show a L C Smith with damascus barrels, not twist barrels, so the gun in these pictures not a bottom level gun. The gun in these pictures also has some engraving on the lock plates so this is not a bottom level L C Smith. I think the number 2 stamped on this gun indicates a number 2 or quality 2 LCS but I could be wrong. I can clean the inside of these barrels with tools that I have in my basement. If you are ever near Winchester, Virginia and you would like to clean the inside of the barrels come by and visit me. Jerry Andrews or Craig Libhart can repair the wooden butt stock and forearm on this L C Smith. Good Shooting To You, Jent
