That serial number would be from a post-13 gun, and the frame type is not stamped on the foreiron with the serial number. I thought I understood that you were only in need of the wood; if so, provided the forearm for sale is for an R frame (one for an FW, or featherweight frame will not fit), the wood should come close to interchanging (again, with the early guns R frames were made in different sizes; so there is no absolute certainty). If you are planning to replace the entire forearm, it will likely require the services of a qualified double gunsmith to insure a correct fit.
