    Hey,I'm right there with you.I just recievied my grandad's 1946 FG 20 ga.It is by far the finest thing Papa ever owned.

    My Dad was very lucky to get it as he was the last boy in a family of 11 children.

    This gun is great mechanically,just well worn from trampsing through swamps and thickets.

    My Dad takes the position that everything they owned was well worn,and often worn out,

    My position is that this was the finest thing that Papa ever owned,and it deserves to be restored,USED,and passed down.

    I hope I'll win this one.
