forcing cones on a Feartherweight 20?Archived Message

Still looking for ways to preserve this 1940's featherweight.I want to stabilize the stock and maybe open up the forcing cones so there is less battering on the gun,my daughters,and at some point,their scraping young sons.
I have no interest in longer shells,she is already set up for 2 3/4.My biggest fear is that she will be forgotten in a closet somewhere and be unused and unloved.
So what,if anything,do I need to do to the forcing cones?
