Gentlemen:
They are no more than rather cheap, mass produced Italian boxlocks that Marlin is marketing using the L.C. Smith name. They are not a classic gun. They are not a sidelock gun. They are not an American gun. They are not a true L.C. Smith gun. They are not much of anything other than a ripoff of the L.C. Smith name. My opinion only.
Does this collectors organization treat them the same as the classic L.C. Smith shotgun?
