You should be able to see how it will work if you have a gun fitting with a "try" shotgun. I believe they can be adjusted for the "straightening" effect. And then you shoot the try gun to see how it works. Never did this myself; I was going to try it if the BB-gun did not work. I just couldn't figure out which hand to have a gun set for. Before the BB-gun I knew I was more accurate lefty but I was quicker righty. I probably should have gotten the gun set for ambi just never bothered. It was working fairly well the way things were.
