Tom, My A1 was shipped to a J.F. Norton on May 10, 1894 and the other gun was shipped to a J.T. Bailey and Co. on June 16, 1893. So as you can see, they were not a matched pair. I'm still hoping the other gun might show up someday. I was curious if possibly Hunter might have bought back this gun from J.T. Bailey and Co. (possible bankruptcy, etc.) and added the extra set of barrels and then sold them in 94' to a new owner. Could the S.H. have some significance from some guns that were returned? The drama continues.
