W.H.Baker did not have a Deluxe grade to my knowledge, however the Baker Gun & Forging Co., of Batavia,N.Y. did. The two most knowledgeable people I know on Baker's are: Daryl Hallquist (406)282-7164 and Chris Schotz 3468 Raymond Rd. Sanborn.N.Y. 14132. Hope this helps.
