My first hunting shotgun given to me as a used shotgun is a 410 guage with two sets of barrells one full and one mod. It was given to me by my father in 1948. It had some use at this time so my guess it was circa 1935 vintage.
The barrells are marked LC Smith field grade Hunter Arms Co Inc armour steel. The gun and both barrells have the same serial # Fw 127766 field.
Gun itself has had some rust and is slightly pocked. The barrells are in excellent condition.
Can anyone tell me the age and approx value of this shotgun?
