    We're awaiting reports regarding the performance of an outfit in Ft. Walton Beach, FL but I'm not prepared to recomend them quite yet.

    It would be invaluable to be able to go over the gun in person with the smith, and you might consider opening the chokes depending on your planned use for the gun. Skeet and Modified are good choices for clay targets, dove and quail. The smith will also check the head of the stock and around the lockplates for cracks, and might recomend reinforcing the wood with 'SuperGlue' or Acraglas.
    I assume this is a 12g? The Winchester Xtra-Lite 1 oz target load is a great choice for clays or birds.
    You have a wonderful legacy and after a bit of tune up, you'll be able to pass her on to your grandchildren some day!
