The logs would be tough to post as they are hand written in leather covered books, and close to a hundred pages per gun. Started out simple enough - just writing down notes, measurements, dates, costs etc. Somewhere along they turned into journals (and at times more like diaries). The leather covered plain paper books were my lady's idea - said that they should remain with the guns in the future, wherever the guns end up. I thought about that, and it sounded like a good thing. Only takes a few minutes a day to make entries, and glue in a few pictures. You don't know how many times they have been read and re read, and how the good days and also the bad days show through in the writing.
If anyone on this site would post the pictures for me, I would certainly E mail them to you. Still have not figured out how. (not trying too hard either).
Dr. Hambidge -- I did not recieve your reply,(was most looking forward to it) - must have went into our bulk mail, and was dumped. I never open it, as you know what kind of nonesense bulk E mail consists of. If you give out your phone number, I would like to call at times, and you have my word that I will not be a pest.
To tedj01a - I will send a few pictures of what the log books look like, and you will see that they would be imposible to post.
Sorry I missed your E mail Bill.
Thank You - One and all:
    "NEWBIE"
