Gun could have been sent back to factory or to several gunsmith's like Buck Hamlin (RIP) to change it to double triggers.
Nice 20 gauge but with 26" barrels a hard sell. You could order most anything including the checkered butt, re-enforced loop and the 2 3/4" chambers back then, along with the ejectors and the HOT.
