That's the crux of the matter though.....I could do all that easily, but calmly isn't my strong point, especially when you know that most of the people on the other side of this argument like to shout their opinions at you if you disagree with them.

Like I said, years ago I'd happily shout back my own, but now I just can't trust myself not to lose my shit with them, so tend to avoid the confrontation.
