Their young are falling from nests aots around this time or 1st flight fk ups. Their parents are vigilant as hell protecting them from anything, so one could be closeby. They usually need a decent run to take off again, I shoo them out of my yard into the larger alley now and again. Advice is leave alone, don't feed, parents will take care of em.
