A lot of customer service staff seem far more unpleasant than even 5-10 years ago imo. I’m not having a go btw, I get it. Being treated awfully by the general public and you’re bound to react accordingly.
That also why I think the odd copper is justified in aiming a well deserved boot to the head of an odious gobshite in an airport.
