I do a 23 mile loop from my house twice a week that I simply wouldn't be able to do without pedal assist. My heartrate is up for the duration and I need a shower when I get home. So it's definitely good exercise for this 58yo fatarse. I absolutely love it.
Cyclists in general are still ignorant wankers though.
