Shangri-la is right. Most of the routers shipped with the broadband providers are crap, especially at managing multiple devices and spreading the bandwidth appropriately. I have Virgin Media and their router is shite, I bought the one I've linked below it's brilliant. Also you can download the app with it and manage specific devices that are connected to the router. I can block my kids devices, put them in kids mode etc, I can make my devices get better bandwidth etc.
