My grandfather, Samuel Robins apprenticed under James Husxtable. He completed his service in 188. And wqs immediately fired because Huxtable did not want to pay full wages. My grandfather was accused of "being late". That was inccorrect because my grandfather (and then my father) were always 10 minutes early! they prided themselves on puntuality. I have i8nhderited the apperenticeship papers. Samuel would eventually imigrate to Vancouver British Columbia and worked for the Vanacouver Monumental Works.
