Thanks for that, Jeff; I missed it on the website.
The reason I was looking in the municipal cemeteries is that is what happened for her husband in Totnes; he is recorded in the burial register for the parish but is buried in the Totnes municipal cemetery.
I think you are probably right about Yealmpton.
