The Devon Family History Society has the burials for Ford Park cemetery 1848-1880 in the members area of the website. Dorothy Elliot is not listed on this.
My feeling is that she was buried at Yealmpton as stated in the burial register, unless there was a non conformist burial ground in yealmpton
