Genuki has a list of Fische, showing Richard jnr baptism at Northam, 9/5/1814.
Also found another baptism , this time of Anne 26.5.1784, could be the sister of Richard born 1786, this time at the independent chapel at Appledore.
Her parents listed as John Pearse (gent) and Sarah, of Lincombe, baptised Lincombe. So perhaps Richard (born 1786, baptised there too, but not on the registers.
Not sure whether Lincombe is a house, or a place.
