William and Emma seemed to have both altered their ages through most of the census. Emma Webber baptised 1844, Brushford, Somerset, so her age was incorrect on marriage. There is a William J. E. Parker died Dec Q 1923, buried 06.12.1923. aged 83 Teignmouth, according to Find a Grave, as William John E. Parker. Emma (Webber) Parker also seems to have died same Quarter aged 79. They are on 1921 census in Teignmouth, again with ages inconsistent and with daughter Florence. Might be worthwhile obtaining the death certificate to see if this your William Warren.
