I have looked at the marriage certificate and notice that FMP have not even transcribed a surname for Katherine. I can't decipher it as Wodden or Wootten. Have you seen an original copy? I also cannot see any age mentioned for Katherine on the marriage cert. I see there are some trees on Ancestry that state Wootten or Wodden but perhaps they know something more. There are only three Katharines bapt. in Shebbear around the right time, viz:
Beaple 1580, Hutchen 1577 and Nichol 1579.
