Curious as to the name of the Registrar, although I am sure you have deciphered it correctly.
Mary Ann Hiscott may have been a nurse engaged to adminster to those during the outbreak of cholera, but I couldn't find a likely match when I looked for her a while ago.
The two children may have been at separate addresses because it was easier to nurse them that way, perhaps there was no room for more invalids at one or other of the addresses, or the authorities insisted on isolation (just an idea, that may well not have been what the authorities stated). Probably no definite answer to that one.
When you say 'where do I go now?' - I am not sure what you are looking for next.
