Such an easy question. Hogs that do exactly for what they are supposed to do! Breed naturally on time and settle with big strong litters Sows that farrow unassisted and milk. And pigs that grow quickly and efficiently and produce a lean nutritious product. Then turn around and do it all over again. Anything less and none of us will be in hog business for long.
