If you want a souvenir of the bouquet and you have a spare £500 (US$760 or AU$785) you could get this:

That website has a very wide range of Coronation souvenirs. Under 'Coronation Limited Editions' there are more bouquet related items.
I went to the Buckingham Palace shop yesterday and spent more than I had planned but not nearly as much as the sum above.
