Jinja, I'll check to be sure but I recall reading that George V changed his crown once he had been enthroned and before he received the Homage.
What is certain is that George V was the first Sovereign to be crowned with St Edward's Crown since William III in 1689. Edward VII had wanted to be in 1902 but his post-operative health made this inadvisable.
