Queen Elizabeth II was crowned with the reproduced St Edward's crown; she wore the Imperial State crown for the recessional and journey back to the palace, and for her official photos. Are you considering the Diamond Diadem, which she wore to her coronation and during the beginning of the service, another crown? Unlike most tiaras, the Diadem is circular, but it has no arches and is always described as a diadem. The Queen also wears it when she travels to and from Parliament for the Openings. It appears on the way to her most formal official occasions, and on stamps and currency, but I would not consider it a crown. I can't think of a third crown that she has worn.
