Yes and no, Jeremy. There WAS someone live in studio for the first few months of Bobby Bones. Me! However that was not a union requirement. I was in there simply to work out the kinks and make sure things ran smoothly. It was 100% automated for the rest of Bobby's run...just shy of 2 years.
