Los Angeles has a legendary rock station with KLOS-FM 95.5. They fired their two afternoon hosts in what appears to be a cost-cutting move. Kevin & Sluggo were the hosts.

KLOS-FM is owned by Meruelo Media Group who is looking to sell that station.

As for the pay? $70,000 to $90,000 per year. This is the base pay. It doesn't include endorsements and anything else which could add to that figure.

This is 2024 and Los Angeles is the second highest market in the U.S.

Who exactly to they expect to work for that kind of money? Someone out of college with little experience? Maybe it costs too much to syndicate a successful afternoon show from another market.
