In 103.5's case, strong showing. More people tuned in.
96.3 is no longer playing the same music as 103.5. I no longer consider it a CHR station. Some of it, mostly the biggest hits get played, but most of the music they play is now golds from the 90s and 2000s that can be heard on 104.3 and 100.3. People might have enjoyed it for awhile, but it might have got stale over time.
95.5 just increased a tad in the same way 101.1 decreased a tad. Maybe some people didn't like what 101.1 has been playing lately so they switched for awhile. Both share an audience. I personally don't like hearing 80s Rock with my 90s Alternative but if 101.1 is not doing something right, some people are going to switch over to 95.5. 101.1 has been playing some harder edged music and using the term "Modern Rock" lately. This is with the new PD. It's really nothing too extreme or even out of line, but it didn't have a good recent track record before and I doubt it will again.
These are all just guesses.
