I don't listen to 104.3 Jams, however, I'm taking an educated guess in saying their target audience is women.

I recall speaking to someone at WLS-FM in the past. They removed the Michael Jackson songs from their library of classic hits for two or three days. The complaints started coming in to the point, Jackson was added back into their music library and he's stayed there ever since.

Interesting to see who will replace outgoing program director Wade Linder and what if any, musical change they make within the format.
