It seems like hundreds are reading the posted messages here, yet barely any can join in the conversation??
Over 600 read my May 28 posting over a week ago, and only two respondents on ideas on how to approach a co-worker about his prospective clipper head shave? And over eight dozen viewers to John's post from May 31, and no helpful advice and tips to him either?
But I am glad I checked this board today, and saw your commentary you had posted here Jackson. How timely. The answer is no, sadly I did not get to see David since I saw him chatting with a co-worker in the employee lockerroom/bathroom and they briefly talked about David's usual late spring/summer clipper bald haircut.
We are on a bizarre work schedule in which we alternate workers during this pandemic with less hours. While David is in my large department, I guess he is in the other rotating work schedule, as I have no seen him, nor have I asked anyone if he has shaved his head yet. Not sure if that would be an odd-ball question to ask the co-workers I've encountered on the days I am there. Should I?
My guess, using the past as a guide, David has probably taken off his longer "winter" shaggy hair, and now sporting that cool looking skin bald buzzcut.
It is a very good chance that I missed my chance to ask David about his impending haircut last week Wednesday when we were in the bathroom, though he did not say for sure he would shave his head, only that he has in the past. It is probably too late now to even ask about video or pictures when he gets the haircut, as he has probably done it by now. We have less work hours and days, just so that everyone can work during the drastic cut in hours and days of work during the health pandemic and guidelines of employee social distancing. What I'd give to be in closer social distancing with David to see his cool haircut up close! lol
So, I will keep you posted Jackson. You did not say what type of haircut did you have when you were roommates with summer crewcut guy Ryan about ten years ago, and what haircut style do you sport now? Have you seen Ryan in the last couple of years?
As for John, I read your posting from last Sunday. How short are your haircuts you speak of? With regards to you being "shy, awkward, embarrassed, and terribly worried about how people think and look" at you, one would wonder and ask you why do you even get such a drastic eye-catching severe haircut if you get such feelings? Got email for anyone to send you a private message note?
I'd be curious to hear more, especially since no one else bothered to respond to your message here. When and at what age did you first get the severe haircuts that cause you anguish? And are the haircuts at a barbershop/salon or accomplished at home yourself?

BuzzLife Rules:
This board is designed to be a destination to discuss male haircuts, from buzzcuts, flattops, bald, and more!
By using this, you accept all liability for your posts and their contents. BuzzLife administration and Boardhost accept no liability whatsoever by posts, ideas, opinions, links to external sources, videos, to name a few among the vast amount of content that could be contained in said posts. Therefore, you post it, whatever it may be, you’re responsible for it. Enough said.
Photos, videos, and other content posted should involve men who appear to be of age. Any link/poster that sends images, videos, etc. of those who appear to be below acceptable age will be removed. This results in an instant ban for life
This is designed for male haircutting, and males should be the subject of the haircut. Females should not be the subject of the haircut in posts, photos, and discussions, however, females are free to join and discuss our common interests.
No sexual posts allowed. No political posts allowed.
In terms of common sense, do not post replies to such videos or photos saying things like “sexy handsome man without hair” or “better ####ing shave it next time” or any other suggestive or inappropriate comments. This only does many things. It makes the user remove the video due to being “creeped out” by said comments, look to see where the user found their video (and can see terms searched, such as headshaving, male haircut, and even links from this board). It only brings out a negative view of our community and makes us more noticeable, rather than keeping it quiet. Keeping it quiet is best, it allows us to continue sharing content without people starting to think “will I get creepy people send me stuff”. To sum it up, don’t be a creep on other people’s videos. Saying you look good such as “nice haircut” is acceptable; saying “you look sexy handsome with that new haircut :-*” is unacceptable. I cannot control what you post on other websites, but please keep your true comments to yourself, or as we often see, “This video has been removed by the user” will pop up. Please use proper judgment to keep the videos posted public for all to see and enjoy.
In addition, please try to do your best to provide reference to what content is being presented. The internet is wide, I understand that. But if you are going to post a YouTube link, write a quick thing next to the link (moptop shorn) or reference where you got an image from (i.e., post a link and the image) so we can see it easier if there is problem. Only goes to help us out more!
Be civil on the board. We’re all grown mature (hopefully) men. Let’s keep it mature and civil on here.
Be smart about what you post! If you use proper judgment, it will generally be fine. Just consider these rules before posting.
