I just saw your May 28th post about your co-worker. Its now nine days later, June 6th, did he shave his head yet? Did you get the chance to speak with him or take pictures as you hoped? Provide a follow-up.
My posted reply this morning will equal to your May 28th posting, JW, in length!!
My experience with summertime head-shaving, is about my college roommate over ten years ago, not actually about me and my hair. I am puzzled why some men decide to shave their heads or do what Ryan did, get his head buzzed to a severe buzzcuts for summer.
All during college and two years after graduation, about five to sometimes six guys including myself lived off campus in a nice rental house where we had first and the upper second floor, which is where the biggest bathroom was. Ryan was my roommate all but half of the first year, as he moved-in to replace a roommate at the end of first semester.
Anyway, around the time of finals in late April to early May, Ryan would always want to shave his head as low as possible with clippers. When not focused on school studies, he had a part-time landscaping job in the area. I guess it was timely to lose the hair when he had outdoor work and didn't want to mess with it, and the buzzcut saved time on hair washing, etc. during finals.
I can't recall the very first time at our house when he shaved bald, but later on that spring and all of summer we began the almost twice or three times a month clipper barbering for him. He would come downstairs and ask us guys (as a group who were talking or watching tv) to find out if any one would be willing to clipper bald his head. "Can one of you help shave my head" he would ask.
Almost everyone had taken a turn once or twice when we would go up to the big upstairs bathroom to help clipper shave Ryan's head since he found it difficult to hold a mirror while clipper shaving. In the end, it was one of the most easiest of haircuts, just a bare clipper all over his head to the maximum zero level for total sandpaper buzzcut look and feel. Yet many of the guys got tired of keeping him buzzed nice and tight, so I ended-up shaving Ryan about 75 percent of the time during those years we were roommates. It was only for about five months until he began to grow hair at the end of September at the start of first semester each year. Then it was back to a buzzed-down Ryan the following late April. I think my short hair fetish actually got triggered with shaving Ryan
I found it pleasantly interesting and fun to run the clippers over and over his head, and at times I had difficulty standing in front or back of him when shaving his head with the clippers when I had a raging boner. I even talked him into razor shaving him "smooth bald" about three or four times during the course of the years I helped with his summer haircuts. He thought it was cool to do a one-time bald shave occasionally, while I had wanted to do it more often for him, as I was very attracted to complete Mach3 head-shaving. He looked hot with a smooth shaved head. I was not attracted to him, only the haircuts---seeing him freshly clipper bald or when shaved totally bald.
We got done with the haircut and cleaned the bathroom in about 30 minutes. Afterwards, it was always fun to see Ryan in the kitchen or walking around the house in a t-shirt, shorts, barefeet and a freshly buzzed head. He just looked so cool with a clipper-shaven head, and his dark brown hair helped make him not look like a cancer patient.
It was extra exciting to happen to see him watching tv or talking on the phone while he was rubbing his summer buzzcut. Sometimes I would think he is feeling his head deciding if his stubble hair was getting too long, and about to ask one of us to shave him down again.
One big memory was the time when Ryan came home with one of his lead supervisors from their landscaping job. He came over to have Ryan and one of us clipper shave his head bald too, to look just like Ryan. He said he was tired of hair and wanted what Ryan always had, and Ryan basically said he had the clippers, so come over. I was able to run the clippers through Robert's shaggy longer brown hair, straight over the forehead for reverse mohawk shave just as if he was a Marine Corps boot recruit. Seeing that stripe of missing hair on his head and hair all over his chest and feet provoked laughter and I think a couple of pictures. Afterwards, another roommate helped Ryan get re-shaved while we had the clippers out.
Soon after, we all went out to the back porch to throw down a few cold ones since it was only around 9 pm. Robert ran his hand over his freshly buzzed head and said "Man, you really took my hair down super close. This is the shortest I ever had my hair. It feels great, I like it."
One of the guys joked, "Don't let your mother see this!!" She lived 100 miles away and he was busy all summer working, so she likely did not see his new haircut, at least not right away. After the head-buzzing of both of them, I honestly had to take out my tucked shirt to disguise my erection while we hanged around the house. Robert looked awesome shaved bald now that I was able to see him out of the bathroom and watch him feel his buzzcut, which felt so foreign to him. But unlike Ryan, it ended-up being a one-time clipper shave to help beat the heat and at least he finally find out what a buzzcut was like to get and wear.
It was every spring and summer that Ryan wanted the shortest of bare-clipper buzzcuts we could give him. He hated a longer buzzcut lenths even when trying to grow out his hair, so the Wahl Balding shears at the zero no guard setting came in hand to get him peeled nice and tight.
But like with JW's co-worker, and Lee Chris, who gets yearly summer severe haircuts, I often wonder why men suddenly at once remove all of their hair to get such severe haircuts. I mean to take all the hair off to a total shaved head or close-buzz like Ryan. I don't believe Ryan was a short haircut fetisher, but anyone thinks that men who take it all off at least for the summer, has at least a slight short haircut fetish? Any thoughts or personal experiences?

This is designed for male haircutting, and males should be the subject of the haircut. Females should not be the subject of the haircut in posts, photos, and discussions, however, females are free to join and discuss our common interests.
No sexual posts allowed. No political posts allowed.
In terms of common sense, do not post replies to such videos or photos saying things like “sexy handsome man without hair” or “better ####ing shave it next time” or any other suggestive or inappropriate comments. This only does many things. It makes the user remove the video due to being “creeped out” by said comments, look to see where the user found their video (and can see terms searched, such as headshaving, male haircut, and even links from this board). It only brings out a negative view of our community and makes us more noticeable, rather than keeping it quiet. Keeping it quiet is best, it allows us to continue sharing content without people starting to think “will I get creepy people send me stuff”. To sum it up, don’t be a creep on other people’s videos. Saying you look good such as “nice haircut” is acceptable; saying “you look sexy handsome with that new haircut :-*” is unacceptable. I cannot control what you post on other websites, but please keep your true comments to yourself, or as we often see, “This video has been removed by the user” will pop up. Please use proper judgment to keep the videos posted public for all to see and enjoy.
In addition, please try to do your best to provide reference to what content is being presented. The internet is wide, I understand that. But if you are going to post a YouTube link, write a quick thing next to the link (moptop shorn) or reference where you got an image from (i.e., post a link and the image) so we can see it easier if there is problem. Only goes to help us out more!
