The Honolulu kit is without blisters:

I.e. for Savannah or Honolulu with 5" twin turrets, the hull has to be widened and superstructure be modfied for the twin turrets and the new directors (and to add different 5" turrets).
It would be much easier to buy the Niko Model kit of Savannah.
